Solution
CDRD deployed FCL rail transport from Germany via Duisburg on the Chengdu-Europe Express to Chengdu Qingbaijiang. Professional vehicle securing fixtures and vibration-proof packaging ensured safety throughout. TLGP handled European export clearance and rail handover. The Chengdu team pre-arranged 3C certification review and import declaration with customs.

Challenge
Light aircraft are oversized irregular cargo requiring separate packaging for wings, fuselage and propellers with exacting loading plan design. Aircraft components are extremely sensitive to humidity and vibration. Aviation equipment import requires special CAAC approval and complex customs procedures.

Solution
CDRD designed a custom transport plan using 40HQ containers with bespoke support frames and vibration-dampening fixtures. Route: Italian factory pickup by road to Milan, China-Europe rail to Chengdu Qingbaijiang, then road delivery to the assembly base for full door-to-door service. TLGP coordinated Italian export clearance and compliance review. The Chengdu team liaised with CAAC for special aircraft import approval.

Solution
CDRD used LCL rail consolidation, collecting goods from the Warsaw warehouse and shipping via China-Europe rail to Chengdu. Sealed packaging with temperature monitoring recorders ensured formula quality throughout. TLGP handled consolidation, packing and export clearance in Poland. The Chengdu team completed CBEC import declaration and product filing with the pilot zone customs. Delivery direct to the clients bonded warehouse upon arrival.

NEV electronic components require strict transport environment controls. Some products contain lithium battery assemblies classified as dangerous goods requiring RID compliance. European clients operate JIT supply chains with zero tolerance for delivery delays that could halt production lines.

Solution
CDRD designed a regular FCL export program with 2-3 containers weekly from Chengdu Qingbaijiang bonded zone via the Chengdu-Europe Central Corridor Express direct to Duisburg. For lithium battery components, CDRD assisted with UN38.3 testing certification and railway dangerous goods declaration for full compliance. Export clearance and container inspection at Qingbaijiang. TLGP completed EU customs clearance at Malaszewicze and arranged road transport to the Duisburg client warehouse.

Multiple cross-border e-commerce sellers in and around Chengdu selling consumer electronics, home goods, sports equipment and fashion accessories via Amazon, Allegro and other European platforms in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe. Individual monthly volumes of 3-12 CBM, insufficient for individual FCL bookings.

Challenge
Multi-seller consolidation involves mixed cargo compatibility issues with some electronics containing button batteries requiring special declaration. Different seller shipping schedules require flexible collection periods and unified cut-off management. Post-arrival in Poland requires sorting by seller and delivery to different overseas warehouses and FBA facilities.
多卖家拼箱涉及不同品类商品的混装兼容性问题，部分电子产品含纽扣电池需特殊申报。各卖家发货节奏不同，需要灵活的集货周期和统一的截仓时间管理。到达波兰后还需要按卖家分拣并配送至不同的海外仓及FBA仓库。
Solution
CDRD utilized its 4,000-ton Chengdu warehouse as consolidation center, providing unified receiving, inspection, sorting and packing services for all sellers. Weekly fixed cut-off with LCL consolidation via China-Europe rail to Warsaw. Individual bills of lading and cargo tracking for each seller. Upon arrival in Warsaw, CDRDs Lodz warehouse handled deconsolidation and sorting, with road delivery to each sellers designated Polish overseas warehouse, Amazon FBA warehouse and Allegro logistics center.

Now serving 12 e-commerce sellers with monthly consolidated volume growing from initial 30 CBM to over 120 CBM. Multiple sellers report rail transport stability significantly outperforms ocean freight.
